Social Security announced on Tuesday that extended the termwhich ended on December 31st, by the end of the first quarter of 2023that companies update data on existing employment contracts and relationships.
“In order to ensure that all current contracts are renewed, Social Security is extending the deadline until the end of the first quarter of 2023 in order to employers or their legal representatives update and record data on existing contracts that have already been submitted to the Social Security Service,” reads a note posted on the website.
Updated information has been available since April, but the period originally indicated ended at the end of this year.
In addition to the existing fields, companies will have to specify the mode of providing work (whether face-to-face or remote work), type of contract, gross monthly salarypercentage of work for part-time contracts and hours worked per week, among other fields.
