Annual growth in merchandise exports and imports slowed again to 18.9% and 16.2% in November 2022, “reflecting a slowdown in prices,” the National Institute of Statistics (INE) announced on Monday.

According to INE International Trade statistics, in November last year, “unit value indices (prices) recorded an annualized change of +13.0% in exports and +14.1% in imports (+14.5% and +14 .2%). respectively in October 2022).

As a result, nominal annual changes in exports and imports slowed to +18.9% and +16.2%, respectively, from +21.1% and +26.0% in the same order in October.
