TAP is ready to cut wage cuts for workers from 25% to 20%, Eco newspaper reported this Wednesday, Jan. 1520 euros.
The lower cut percentage means there will be less cuts for pilots and flight attendants – given they will already have cuts of 35% and 25% this year – as well as aircraft maintenance technicians or ground personnel.
The TAP management decision was made possible by exceeding the target proposed in the 2022 restructuring plan.
