The guests of Olivova pivovar from Dolnobrzeg experienced a real gastronomic hell. And not only them. The neighboring restaurant became the scene of another edition of the BeerMaster Česko reality show. The remaining four competitors, who are one step away from victory, passed the stress test in it. It was a standard shift at the bar and on the set. Experienced professiols advised the filists on how best to deal with it: Radek Turechek, the operating director of the largest domestic restaurant Červený jelen, and the owner and soul of the brewery, Miroslav Oliva. Unfortutely, the filists did not remember even a tenth of their advice, and in the hall it looked exactly like that! See for yourself in the introductory video.

Before the start of the shift, the contestants had to split into pairs. But the evil judges mixed up the couples and changed their composition. Ema Reizeuerova and Tomasz Hasik, also known as Ozzy, showed off their skills on set, the other pair was Lukasz Prowaznik and Adam Huml. Soon after, the restaurant filled up, so they needed to start showing off not only their business skills, but their excellent customer service as well. At least in the ideal scerio, but…

None of the shifts did their job, so the jury called both of them to the service at the same time, so that all the contestants would join forces and try to save everything. There is strength in the team. “They were excellently chosen by the guests. I can’t imagine four more complex tables that can sit simultaneously in one restaurant, Adam admitted ironically. “If I did this for the rest of my life, I’m sure I would have a very short life,” added Ozzy. And even Lukasz was surprised by the extreme situation: “We were thrown into freezing water.” And her dedication was also appreciated by the guests of the restaurant, who, together with the jury, decided who would get the unpopular fourth place.

It’s not over yet, now you can create your own beer

The remaining three filists had three weeks to prepare a presentation of their own beer concept, including not only the recipe, but also the marketing strategy and pricing. Subsequently, they met in the village of Broumy at the Matushka brewery. Brewer Adam Matushka became the next flight judge. After a tour of the brewery, each contestant chose one of the judges, whose professiol experience was useful to them.
