But how did this theory come about and is it true at all? According to the latest polls, it seems that everything is not at all what we thought.

However, if you are not concerned about any of the above, you can safely consume eggs. They are a source of high-quality proteins and have a high biological value. Egg white is 100% absorbed by our body. On average, one egg contains approximately 13 g of protein. This is also a reason not to deny them.

One of the most extensive surveys was conducted by researchers at Peking University who studied the health effects of egg consumption on nearly 420,000 people.
Eggs are good, but the old well-known rule applies here too. “everything in moderation”. In a word, nothing needs to be exaggerated, and any extreme sooner or later is harmful to us, so to speak.
