And at home and in an important match with Slavia. I apologized to the fans on behalf of the entire club. No wonder they are fed up. It’s scary, I know. I try my best to make it better.”

Before the start of the season, Zlín was considered the clear favorite to be promoted. Now what?
“I finish this game with a bang. There is clearly no command to advance here. I’m just looking down. I’m just saying it. We are on the verge between playoffs and relegation. We are currently negotiating deals that have been shelved. We want to finish them as soon as possible. Probably everyone understands that I did not come here to go down. I don’t allow it at all. The situation is difficult, but I’m ready for it. I believe that with strong co-owners we will cope with the economic side of things. The players on the ice have to take care of the rest.”

Where will defender Daniel Gazda, a recent representative, go?
“It’s not just about him. We are dealing with a large package of players. We are no longer dealing with the Comet, it has completely dropped out of it. There is interest in our players in other countries of the Extraliga. If everything works out, it will benefit Zlin. As for the goalkeepers , then both Kashik and Gonzik will benefit from the replacement.
