Relying solely on batteries and electric motors for the new Cooper, the sharp version says goodbye to the limited edition.
The still current third generation of the modern Mini is available in the coolest John Cooper Works version (if you omit only half a year of GP production), available only with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The all-electric successor will premiere soon, so the brand wants to give enthusiasts a little gift to give them something to remember. It’s called the 1to6 Edition, after the six-speed manual that was discontinued a few years ago.
The special edition can also be recognized by the choice of design elements: the front has a mask with a high-gloss black frame, the fairing is painted in Midnight Black, and the body is adorned with dark accessories. From bow to stern there is a strip of thin angular lines in which the me of this special edition can be seen through the windshield. You can also find the 1to6 logo on the C-pillars and side panels in silver, red and white, on the door sills and on the dashboard. Next to the steering wheel, you will find the inscription One of 999, indicating the number of copies produced. This limited edition will premiere on May 20 for 24 hours at the Nürburgring.
