According to insider information, the temple was dedicated to the god Osiris and the god goddess Isis, with whom Cleopatra had a strong relationship. Coins bearing the names and characteristics of the woman and Alexander the Great were also found (do you know how she died?).
Inside the temple, burial shafts containing Greco-Roman burials were also found, in the manner in which Cleopatra and her husband, Mark Antony, might have been buried. Clearly It’s too early to say anything very important.however, the next stop will be the exploration of a region close to the Mediterranean Sea, where excavations have previously revealed a network of tunnels running from Lake Mariout to the sea.
