LG unveils UltraGear OLED QHD 240Hz monitors: coming in 2023

Must read

The launch of new LG UltraGear monitors in Italy is gaining an international following with the announcement of the new LG UltraGear monitors. LG UltraGear OLED 27GR95QE-B Gaming MonitorIt is designed for those who like to play 2K games with high-end panels, at a highly recommended price but certainly with interesting technical features.

The monitor in question is actually a 27 inch diagonal, resolution equal to 2560 × 1440 pixels and a maximum refresh rate of 240 Hz; in other words, the ideal combination of high visual quality and fluidity. This panel is also HDR10 certified and supports AMD FreeSync Premium or NVIDIA G-Sync technologies for variable refresh rate.

On the connectivity side, the version of supported HDMI and DisplayPort connectors will still be clarified, and the current datasheet also does not include the high-activity energy consumption of the LG UltraGear OLED 27GR95QE-B monitor. If nothing else, this is officially LG’s first 1440p OLED 240Hz monitor.

Pricing is for a limited number of players and is $999; The cost in euros is still missing, but we expect a similar figure to compete with competing products of the same type. Finally, the marketing will begin first quarter of 2023.

But a few days ago, ASUS introduced the 42- and 48-inch Swift OLED monitors.
