As a result of massive Russian airstrikes, Ukrainian cities are reporting power outages and damage to energy infrastructure. In Kyiv, rocket fragments hit the houses of two families. Lvov in western Ukraine was 90 percent de-energized. Explosions were heard in cities across Ukraine this morning. Authorities say they were largely the result of Ukrainian air defense systems that shot down incoming missiles.
