Associates of US President Joe Biden discovered other secret documents that Biden had not previously transferred to the National Archives. The first group of classified materials was discovered in November reads about ten documents. Where and when exactly the second group of documents was found, how many of them and what they contain, is still unclear. But, according to NBC, since the November find, Biden’s associates have been looking for if the secret documents weren’t left anywhere else but in his former vice president’s office.

American law states that all presidential and vice presidential documents must be transferred to the National Archives. The DOJ review of the current case should answer, including why this did not happen and how the documents got from the White House. Biden was Barack Obama’s vice president from 2009 to 2017.
After the discovery of the first set of documents became public this week, Biden expressed “surprise” and said he did not know what was in the files. He is now under fire from Republicans for not turning over the documents to the National Archives, especially since he has in the past called former President Donald Trump irresponsible, who had a number of classified documents from his presidency in his Florida residence.
Because of this last year The FBI even prevented Trump, who refused to hand them over, and took the documents from him.
